No — 0% platform fee on every plan, including Free. You connect your own Stripe account and keep 100% of your sales (Stripe still charges their standard ~2.9% + 30¢ processing, billed to you directly). Unlike Mindbody or Momence, we never add a surcharge on top of your payments — our scaling is in the subscription, never a percentage of what you sell.
Drop-ins and memberships (up to 15 members) for a small team — Free is drop-ins only, no class packs. You still get a full client back office on every plan: customer details, visit history, credits, and notes. Move up to Growth when you want class packs, students reserving their spots, events, or more members.
Growth runs ONE mode — you’re either a class studio (recurring classes, levels, memberships) or an events/socials business (ticketed parties, workshops). Pro runs BOTH together, so studios that hold classes during the week and socials on the weekend live on Pro.
Active memberships — anyone with an active membership on your Free plan. It’s a soft cap: we’ll give you a heads-up as you approach 15 rather than shutting anything off. Growth removes the cap entirely — members are unlimited on every paid plan.
By design, no. We give you a fast, full website instead of asking your students to download yet another app — that’s where the world is heading. Your site works great on every phone, no install required.
Those are booking tools — you still need a separate website, and Mindbody and Momence lock you into their payment processing (often 3.6%+ per sale, plus a marketplace cut).
