Switching from Mindbody, made simple

Most studios are fully live within 1–2 weeks. The exact timeline depends on how much data you’re bringing over and how custom your site is — and on Pro and Scale we handle the heavy lifting either way.

Yes. Mindbody lets you export your clients, schedule, and other core data. From Growth up we give you a step-by-step on exactly what to export, and on Pro and Scale we import it into Studio Momo for you.

On Pro and Scale we bring over your client list and the key records you need to keep running, and we walk through exactly what transfers before we start, so there are no surprises.

No — and you shouldn’t. Keep Mindbody running while we set up Studio Momo in parallel, then cancel once you’re live so there’s no gap.

On Pro and Scale there is no extra fee: white-glove migration and setup are included, and we do the work. On Growth we plan the move with you on a kickoff call, hand you a step-by-step migration checklist, and answer questions by email while you import your own data. On Free you do the move yourself. Reach out either way and we’ll tell you what your specific move looks like.
