Yes. Free is a plan, not a trial: your website, class schedule, online class sales, memberships with auto-billing and client records cost $0 while your studio takes up to $1,000 a month in sales. No credit card is needed to start.

Only Stripe’s card fee. Students pay through your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its standard rate, 2.9% + 30¢ per US card payment. Studio Momo adds a 0% platform fee on every plan, and adds no booking fee to what your students pay.

There is nothing to download. Studio Momo runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, for you and for your students. There is no desktop program to install.

Minutes. Studios that signed up in the last two weeks went live in 5 to 20 minutes: you name the studio, add your classes and prices if you have them, and the site is published at the end of signup.

When your studio takes more than $1,000 a month in sales. That is the Growth plan, $49 a month. Separately, your own domain such as yourstudio.com is never part of Free, at any size; it also starts at Growth.

We email you as you get close, and again when you pass it, measured as an average over three months so one busy month does not count. Nothing switches off on its own: you move to Growth, or we talk.

Yes. Email us and a person answers, on every plan. Setup is self-service with the setup guide in your dashboard, or send us your schedule and prices (a photo is fine) and we set it up for you within 2 business days. Guided onboarding with a kickoff call starts on Growth.
