  1. Step 1: Add an item

In the admin menu: Catalogue, then Shop Items

Click "Add Merchandise". Fill in "Product Name" and "Price", then click "Create Product". "Product image (optional)" takes a photo with "Upload image", and "Description (optional)" is shown to shoppers.

To charge less per item when someone buys several, open "Quantity discounts (optional)" and click "Add tier" for each break. Until you add your first item this screen has no row in the menu, so use the link on this step.

  2. Step 2: Choose where it is sold

In the admin menu: Catalogue, then Shop Items

Each item has two switches: "Public site" puts it in the shop on your website, and "Quickdesk" puts it on the front-desk till. Use either or both.

Selling on your website needs Prices turned on in Features and Stripe connected.

  3. Step 3: Change or remove an item

In the admin menu: Catalogue, then Shop Items

Click an item to edit it, then click "Save Changes". "Delete" removes an item nobody has bought. Once it has been sold it cannot be deleted; choose "Hide from shop" to take it off your website instead.

  4. Step 4: Hand over online orders

In the admin menu: Money, then Merch Orders

Every merchandise sale is listed with its date, customer, items and total. Items sold at the front desk are marked delivered straight away; items bought online start as pending.

When the customer collects an online order, click "Mark delivered". "Mark pending" puts it back.
