  1. Step 1: Choose a page

In the admin menu: Website, then Site Editor

The list down the left, "Your pages", has every page your site can have. Next to each is what visitors see: "Live", "Live, with changes" (you changed it and visitors do not see the change yet) or "Off" (visitors do not see the page at all). Click a page to open it.

An "Off" page opens too, so you can get it ready before you turn it on; the note at the top of the page links to where you do that.

Some pages, like your schedule and your prices, are built from what you set up on other screens. Opening one says where its content comes from, with a button that opens that screen.

The editor works best on a computer. It has no phone layout.

  2. Step 2: Change the words and pictures

In the admin menu: Website, then Site Editor

Click any block on the page to change it. Its fields, like "Title" and "Subtitle", open at the side.

For a picture, drop an image on the picture field or click it to upload one, pick one you have already uploaded with "Media Library", or click "URL" to paste a link to an image.

  3. Step 3: Add, move or remove blocks

In the admin menu: Website, then Site Editor

Click the panel icon at the top ("Show blocks you can add") to see the blocks you can add, such as "Hero", "Text Block", "Schedule" and "FAQ Accordion". Drag one onto the page where you want it. Select a block on the page to move or delete it.

  4. Step 4: Set what search engines show

In the admin menu: Website, then Site Editor

Click "SEO". "Page title" is the title in search results and the browser tab; "Description in search results" is the line of text under it. They go live with the page.

  5. Step 5: Know your changes are kept

In the admin menu: Website, then Site Editor

Every change is kept as you type; there is nothing to save. The bar at the top counts the pages you changed that visitors do not see yet, and says when your last change was kept.

If a change could not be kept, the bar says so in red and keeps trying; "Try now" tries straight away. Nothing goes live until it has been kept.

If the same page is open in another tab or window, the newer version wins: the editor loads it and says so, and nothing is overwritten.
