Before you start
This needs Private Lessons switched on. An admin turns it on in Settings, under Features.
Step 1: Find your hours on Guided Setup
In the admin menu: Setup & help, then Guided Setup
Guided Setup has a section for your private lessons once you offer them. Open it: the first item is the hours you teach privates.
Step 2: Add your hours
In the admin menu: Setup & help, then Guided Setup
Click "Add hours" for each block of the week you teach. Choose the day, then the time it starts and the time it ends. "Remove" takes a block out.
Click "Save hours". Each block has to end after it starts, and nothing is saved until you click it.
Step 3: Know what your hours do today
These are your own hours, as the studio's teacher. When you or your staff book a private for a student, times outside your hours are drawn dashed; you can still book them.
Students cannot pick a lesson time online yet: private lesson requests are coming soon. When they come, students can pick only times inside your hours.
