Before you start

This needs Events & Event Ticketing switched on. An admin turns it on in Settings, under Features.

  1. Step 1: Open the program

In the admin menu: Schedule, then Events

When you create the show, turn on "Add a program" in "Event details": "Create Event" then takes you straight to the program. For an event that already exists, click "Add a program" on its row, or "Program" at the top of its editor.

Only admins can edit a program.

  2. Step 2: Paste the running order

In the admin menu: Schedule, then Events

Under "Paste the running order", paste it exactly as it was sent to you, with a blank line between numbers, and click "Parse and save". Saving a paste replaces the program that was there.

Nothing to paste yet? Click "Start one by hand" and type it in.

  3. Step 3: Fix anything the parser got wrong

In the admin menu: Schedule, then Events

Lines it could not place are listed in a warning. Under "Correct anything the parser got wrong", edit each number, use "Add a number", "Add an intermission" or "Add a credit", and click "Save corrections".

"View the public program" opens its public page, which you can put behind a QR code at the door.
