Before you start

This needs Student Progression switched on. An admin turns it on in Settings, under Features.

  1. Step 1: Set up levels first

In the admin menu: Catalogue, then Class Types, then Levels

The page follows students between your class levels, so it needs levels, class types set to a level, and attendance taken at the door. Without check-ins there is nothing to follow.

Read Organise your classes by style, level and program
  2. Step 2: Read one level

In the admin menu: Aatma only, then Student Progression

Each level is a tab. On your first level the page answers "When do they stop coming?" and "When do they move up?"; on the others it shows who is arriving, week by week. A student has moved up once they come to one class at the next level.

Change "Conversion window" to count a move up within more or fewer days. Groups too new to judge say so rather than showing a low number.

  3. Step 3: Call the people who paid but stopped

In the admin menu: Aatma only, then Student Progression

"Paid but not used" lists students quiet for 30 days or more who still hold classes that have not expired, with when they last came and when their credits expire. It is a call list: a reminder brings people back before their classes run out.

The list shows up to 200 people, and leaves out anyone who bought classes but never came to one.
