Before you start

This needs Friends & Family Sharing switched on. An admin turns it on in Settings, under Features.

  1. Step 1: Set up sharing first

In the admin menu: Catalogue, then Passes & Packages

The report fills once Friends & Family Sharing is on, at least one pass is marked shareable on its form, and clients have connected the people they share with.

  2. Step 2: Pick the dates

In the admin menu: Money, then Shared Passes

The report opens on this month. Change "From" and "To" and click "Apply"; the dates are class dates, so it can include classes booked for later this month.

  3. Step 3: Read it

In the admin menu: Money, then Shared Passes

"Shared admissions" counts classes paid from someone else's pass, and "Value shared" what the class-card admissions were worth. A class taken on a shared membership adds nothing to that figure. "By pair" shows who lends to whom; "Every admission" lists each class. Click a name to open that client. "Export CSV" downloads the dates on screen.

If Friends & Family Sharing is turned off, this report is hidden too, including the months it was on.
