Before you start
This needs Reconciliation switched on. An admin turns it on in Settings, under Features.
Step 1: Pick a class
Not in the admin menu: it opens from its address, /admin/reconciliation on your studio site.
This screen only covers classes in a room with a camera. Pick a date and click a class; each one shows how many people are left to check.
Step 2: Check in the people the camera saw
Not in the admin menu: it opens from its address, /admin/reconciliation on your studio site.
"In the room, not checked in" lists everyone the camera matched who has not checked in, newest first. The match can be wrong, so look at the photo before you act. "What do these labels mean?" explains badges such as "No pass" and "Class not deducted".
Click "Check in" to record the visit. Unless the camera calls it a "Likely match", you are asked "Is this the right person?" first. The message that follows has "Undo" for a few seconds.
If they have nothing that covers the class, you are offered "Add as comp", which charges nothing.
Step 3: Fix a wrong or unknown face
Not in the admin menu: it opens from its address, /admin/reconciliation on your studio site.
Click "Tie to customer", or the menu beside "Check in", to say who it really is. "Tie + remember face" also saves the face for future matching; untick "Also add this face to their gallery for future matching" to "Tie once" instead.
"Mark as staff (always exclude)" hides a teacher or staff member from every class. Undo it with "Un-exclude" under "Staff and excluded".
Step 4: Know what the camera cannot tell you
Not in the admin menu: it opens from its address, /admin/reconciliation on your studio site.
Results arrive every five minutes, so "No camera results yet" is normal for the first ten minutes of class. "Refresh" loads the latest.
"Checked in, not seen" is not proof someone was absent: the camera misses about one person in five.
