Before you start

Live Occupancy is turned on by Studio Momo: ask us and we set it up with you.

  1. Step 1: Read the board

Not in the admin menu: it opens from its address, /admin/occupancy on your studio site.

Each class in session gets a card. "Checked in" is how many checked in, "Present" is how many people the camera counts in the room, and "Gap" is the difference.

A red gap means people in the room are not on the check-in list. The board refreshes every 30 seconds, and says "No classes in session right now." between classes.

  2. Step 2: When a card has no numbers

Not in the admin menu: it opens from its address, /admin/occupancy on your studio site.

"No camera data" means the room's camera is not sending. Open "Checked-in roster" on a card to see who checked in.

  3. Step 3: Close a gap

Find the people who have not checked in and check them in at the desk, or add them to the class roster.
