Before you start

Timesheets and payroll is turned on by Studio Momo: ask us and we set it up with you.

  1. Step 1: Log the classes you taught

    In the admin menu: Timesheet

Your timesheet covers one pay period: the 1st to the 15th, or the 16th to the end of the month. Use the arrows to change period.

Tap a date, tick the classes you taught, and tap the add button under them, which counts the classes and hours. The list shows every class on the studio's schedule that day, so tick only your own. Each class is logged as one hour.

If a class was cancelled or ran short, tap its hours under "Hours Logged This Period", step them down by half an hour, and tap "Save". The popup shows what the new hours pay before you save.

If you have more than one pay rate, "Select Rate" asks which one applies; choose it and tap "Confirm".

  2. Step 2: Log other paid time

    In the admin menu: Timesheet

With a date picked, tap "+ Add Manual Entry", describe it under "What did you do? (optional)", set the "Hours" in half-hour steps (it starts at one hour) and tap "Add". This needs a pay rate on your profile; if the button is missing, ask the studio to set one.

Your entries and running total are under "Hours Logged This Period". You cannot log hours for a period that has not started yet.

  3. Step 3: Submit it

    In the admin menu: Timesheet

At the end of the period, tap "Submit Timesheet". After that you cannot change it.

If the studio sends it back, it is a draft again with their reason next to the status. Fix it and submit again.
