Before you start

This needs Instructor Calendar switched on. An admin turns it on in Settings, under Features.

  1. Step 1: Open your calendar

    In the admin menu: My Calendar

    You see the classes you teach and the private lessons booked with you. Click one to see when and where it is.

    If it says "Your login isn't linked to an instructor profile yet", ask the studio to link your account. Your classes appear once they do.

  2. Step 2: Move through your weeks

    In the admin menu: My Calendar

    Use the arrows to go back or forward, and "Today" to come back. Switch between "Day" and "Week". On a phone it opens on today as a list, and you can switch it to a calendar.
