  1. Step 1: Check your location

In the admin menu: Team & spaces, then Locations

Your studio starts with one location, marked "Primary". Click "Edit" on it to add its address and "Phone", then click "Save Changes".

If you teach at a second address, click "Add Location". Only "Name" is required. Classes at a studio with more than one location ask which location they are at.

  2. Step 2: Change which location is primary, or close one

In the admin menu: Team & spaces, then Locations

Click "Make primary" on another location to make it the main one. Click "Deactivate" to stop using a location; it takes effect at once, and you can switch it back on with "Active" in "Edit". The primary location cannot be deactivated.

  3. Step 3: Add your rooms

In the admin menu: Team & spaces, then Rooms

Click "Add Room". "Name" and "Capacity" are required; "Floor" and "Amenities" are optional. Click "Add Room" to save it.

A room is where a class meets: you pick it on each weekly class, and its capacity is used for room reports. New rooms are added to your primary location.

  4. Step 4: Rent a room out, or retire it

In the admin menu: Team & spaces, then Rooms

Click a room to edit it. To rent it out by the hour, open "Rental Settings", switch on "Enable rentals for this room", fill in "Hourly Rate" and "Max Headcount (for rentals)", and click "Save Rental Settings".

To stop using a room but keep its history, switch off "Active". "Delete" removes it for good and cannot be undone.
